Vendor Registration

  1. Complete a Vendor Profile Form.
  2. Submit the form along with the appropriate marketing materials, to Hyundai.

Once you have registered as Hyundai supplier, we will evaluate and review all the information you have submitted. We will then contact you as opportunities become available in your product or service area.

Strategic Sourcing 2013 Rules

  • Bidders should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with any Hyundai employee in any practice that might be considered as unethical.
  • Bidderes are expected to read and follow the instructions and rules of this package.
  • Font. Bid font should be kept Calibril 11 pts.
  • Format. The Excel file format must be kept without any modification.
  • Currency. All prices quoted should be on US Dollars. Exchange rate for data analysis will be taken $13.00 MXP per Dollar.
  • Brands. All brands quoted should be the one specifyied on the description. Please note that our description and brands have been changed. Penalties will be apply to those who do not quote the brand requested.
  • Questions. Questions must be requested by e-mail at strategicsourcing@translead.com. No information will be given by phone. Please do not call.
  • All bids should be provided to Hyundai Translead by e-mail, on the following two digital formats:
    • Microsof Office Excel spreadsheet file [Excel 97-2003 and up].
    • Color PDF file, bid signed by the General Manager or Sales Representative.
  • Deadline. All bids must be received before 2:00 pm local time on January 11th, 2013.
  • Results will be given to you by e-mail minimum 15 days after receiving the quote.
  • Cancelation of Contract. Hyundai Translead reserves the right to cancel the contract in the event where any seller’s employee offer or Hyundai’s employee solicit or accept anything of value, for the purpose of improperly obtaining or rewarding favorable treatment in connection with a contract.
